Best plan for Argentine Air Force and FAA for Falklands War?

I expect Ford, Carter and Reagan would have kept the Soviets out, but I wonder if Argentina would have done better with MiGs and Sukhois in the Falklands War. Did the Sukhoi Su-24 have an effective antiship missile in 1982? The Kh-31 entered service in the late 1980s, so it's not a contender.

The Su-24 didn't enter Soviet service until 1975. The first export version of the Su-24, the Su-24MK with downgraded electronics and destined for arab countries, wasn't made available for export until 1988. It wasn't an easy aircraft to maintain either.
