Consolidated B-24-D-5-CO Liberator num. 41-23809, 93rd BG, 329th BS, 8th AAF USAAF. The no. 93 was the oldest bomber unit to be equipped with B-24s. in the 8th Air Force of USAAF.This machine was later as "too used with war" relocated to 448th Bomber Squadron, where it was inmounted off guns and painted in an "anticamouflage" consisting of Black-Yellow checkerboard. Names as "You Cant Miss It" it was used as an "Assembly Ship" - an aircraft that formed the big raid formations and after it was successfully formed, it returned back to base.
