No. Officially, he passed away at night of 1/2 December 1941 in Warsaw because of the heart attack. However, another source says that he died a half of year later. It is said he was arrested by the AK in November 1941 and sentenced to death. But the sentence wasn't executed. Instead of that he was offered to leave Poland or commit suicide. He refused that. Then he was hidden and prisoned in very bad conditions. This caused the tuberculosis relapsed. Because of that he died on 3rd August 1942. Also there is a theory he could be poisoned or murdered what may indicate that the sentence could have been executed though
