On the port engine cowling panel the fighters of 10 Staffel display a previously unseen wilde Sau emblem, depicting a wild boar leaping through a star-spangled sky and over an oil derrick set against a representation of the Carpathian mountains. Note the size of the emblem – too big to fit in the space between the engine exhaust ejector stubs and the cowl gun troughs. Strangely not reproduced on jg300.de.
