This Hurricane I is one of the original batch of 600 which were in production at Kingston before any contract was placed! It was delivered in 1938 to No 111 sqn at Northolt, and is illustrated after being fitted with a three-blade variable-pitch propeller. This aircraft has a ring and bead sight.
