Shown here is a very clear photo of the battleship KMS Tirpitz taken on 17 July 1942 when she was moored in Bogen Fjord near Narvik. Details of deck and armament are clearly visible. The arrows point to two anti-aircraft guns, believed to be 37mm and either twin or single. No aircraft can be seen but the catapult amidships shows plainly. Ref: AIR 34/744
