Shown here is Spitfire PR.Mk.IV (BP888) which was fitted with a Merlin 46 engine and an F.24 oblique camera. She is pictured during trials at Boscombe Down in May 1943. It was later delivered to No.8 OTU based at Dyce on 10th September, 1943 to train future PRU pilots.
