Shown here is a Ki-54b Army Type 1 Operations Trainer Model B. This version of the Ki-54 had full provision for bomber crew training and had four gunnery stations each mounting a single flexible 7.7 mm (0.303 in) Type 89 machine-guns and external racks for light practice bombs.
