Shown here is the 'Wind' class icebreaker USCG Southwind (WAG-280). Note cranes and catapult abaft funnel. In 1945 transferred to Soviet Navy as Kapitan Belusov. She was returned to USN in 1949 becoming USS Atka (AGB-3).
