Seen here are a pair of impressed Waco ZGC-7 biplanes after landing supplies for the LRDG somewhere between Kufra and Siwa. These aircraft regularly brought in special supplies , such as vehicle spares and personnel, and took out the sick and wounded, keeping open a vital link with the main British army.
