    Thanks for your reply. The lack of the lightning bolt is obvious, but I'm not very familiaer with RAAF squadrons. Is the light-coloured flash at the top of the rudder any help? No date, location or any ID accompanies the photo. I'll google for National Archives and dig around a bit. Thanks!
