    what do you mean exactly by " blueprint " the compeat blueprints for the lancaster mk3 are over 21,000 original drawings. Ive got some technical drawings but they are more specific for the cockpit area. ?

    Yep both are options ive used the bi metals before but ive noticed then tend to rip the sides of this type of aluminium.\, and yes laser cutting is an option as well, its just by the time ive spent making a cad cam drawing i could make the thing.     The dosnt seem to have been a lot left over ? did you noticed they only appear to have used ground radar and not a metal detector ?The ground radar would pick up deeper larger objects but mis the small stuff. it would still be interesting to have a look :)
