Most Groups in England had a E model out back they would use to see if new pilots/Navigators knew what they were doing
I can help with drawings for wing structure if needed
Nested plywood buck framing components to attach skin
DXF files for printout or CNC cutting
For propellors try the B17...
A - 24v to Sight rheostat to connector on bomb-sight
B - Azimuth drive cable to connector on bomb-sight
C- Azimuth motor to connector on bomb-sight
D - Upper Relay Box to bomb sight and 24-V-DC power from airplane
B-17Gs would
At waist positions have perspex window panels and reflector sights
Top turret and ball turret would have computing sights
Crewman would have chest chute
Radio room gunner would double duty as 2nd waist gunner, removeable panel in top of radio room
Lead bombardier did not use guns...
As a docent at Evergreen in Mcminville I worked on the B-17
Turret lower casing was forged or cast aluminum pieces about 1/4" thick
Glass panels were perspex about 3/16" thick
Chest chutes were not initially available and gunner could not bail out
