Many books, too many to mention contain personal emblems dotted around in them. I'm pretty sure there is not a dedicated personal emblem book. You could try some of the Classic Colours Jagdwaffe titles. Luftwaffe emblemes by Karl Ries has a few also the 4 volume emblem and markings books again...
