Interesting.! I am no kind of expert, but i was not even aware of this plane. I know the Brits used ...was it The Swordfish"..... all through the war for various things. I did not realize anybody else flew a bi-plane in battles This is what Wiki says about the Hs-123...

What was the process for getting fuel to the farthest reaches of The Russian Campaign.? Was it coming from Germany and Romania.? I am not even sure, after reading The Octane Thread, if Av Gas was even made anywhere but Germany. Anyway...........did Germany and its Allies have lots of 1 or 2...

What was lacking in the P-40 that made the Allies decide not to upgrade it with a Merlin Engine.? Or maybe it was done and the P-40 proved wanting in some area(s).? Thank You

Did the P-38 have problems or issues with its turbo system throughout the war. Or did they just have troubles making it work at the wars beginning.? Thank Yiou

Yeah, i was think "Economy" along the lines of bomber escort to Berlin........stuff like that. The reason videos always give for the P-51, with Merlin, saving the day for The 8th Air Force.
