    What annoyed you today?

I had a rough morning. I put pepper on my waffles instead of cinammon (same shaped bottle), then my feet stuck to the shower mat. The suction cups were on top. Gremlims at work.

    USS San Francisco damage pic

NS - I like that boat. It looks like a top'sl Ketch with a sloop type rig aft. Is there a name to it? One of my Academy roomates, and my younger brother live aboard similar boats, by choice.

The Azarakhsh, Iran's first domestically manufactured combat aircraft.

I'm surprised they actually DID make what can pass as a modern fighter. I've met a few Iranians OUTSIDE Iran, and they are decent folks blessed with a high intelligence, including flight crews on layovers. One of our son's had one as a dorm roomate, who was top man academically in his class...

    The weather where you live?

It's extremely hot here in Brick Noo Joisey, on da Joisy Shaw, already. This is our second day of 100 F, and dead calm conditions. Good for flying some of my more frail models, so it shouldn't be a total loss.

    Most Beautiful Aircraft

How about the Lockheed Constellation? I believe it saw duty in WWII as a transport. It was designed to outrun the ZERO at altitude re-supplying the Chinese Army. Navy Designation R7V, I flew them in VR-7A at Tachikawa AFB 1962-1985. We were primarily Med Evac, but handled troops and general...
