Found a lot of my grandfathers World War II photos in the basement. Very interested in finding more about his involvement. All I know is at the time he was in the USAAF 13th. Article says at the time it was the longest daylight mission for the B-24 Liberator.He was a bombardier. Want to try and recreate a model of the ship he was a part of if possible. That and he was one of my heroes and I'd like to find out more about this part of his life.
