Hi Backwell, not sure if this is allowed but here is a guy who has done exactly that. He has made the Spitfire spade/grip & the engine controls in 3D print you can down load & have printed or print yourself. This can be used on a pc with games like War Thunder of DCS. Its got a step by step kit...
The reason for the accident was the engine had cut out, not exactly sure what caused that but the engine was not running on impact so that prevented more damage, frame 5 & the wings really took a lot of the hammering. We will most likely be sending the engine to the USA for overhaul so hoping...
The end goal is to see her fly again. The engine has a cracked crank case but can be repaired The propeller took the brunt of the damage. We will try our best to get her flying again but if we can not manage that we will get her looking good enough to display.
