Why is yesterday's "on the way" rush job still sitting here?

My daughter's track bag, which went missing at her meet on Monday has been located and they will be reunited tomorrow. A teammate had grabbed it by accident. This is a relief as it contained two pair of expensive running shoes and her phone.
