For the price I think the kit is very good, there is a bit of flash on some parts that will have to be cleaned up but so far I'm very happy with it. I'll let you know how if fits together as I go.

Simple Green General Purpose concentrate works well on acrylic paints. Soak for 10 hrs or so.

Good work. Your cammo pattern on the wings looks very similar to my Bf109. I didn't attempt any weathering on mine, did you drybrush the leading edges?
