Recently (2006) I saw a wonderful WW2 era film called, "Best Foot Forward" with Lucy Ball, Tommy Dix and a very nice cast. It is a musical with some great songs. One of the opening songs makes reference to some wishes. among them, wishing for a "C" Card, so that one could take an old jalopy...
