To my opinion Mig - 21 is the best fighter of the 50's.It didn't had radar when it was first arreared,without an ergonomical copkit,it had a very poor engine,very poor armor and technicaly it was an plane of the 40 with a jet engine but it is one of the BETTER PLANES OF THE CENTURY for only one...

P - 61!!!!That plane was designed for night fighter from the beginning.Well equiped,powerfull with 2 super engines of its time,advanced enginnering,with the first actually air radar!It was like a cadillac of the air.Far from its time,clearly......But unfortunatelly its value couldn't be clear...

ki - 84 was one of the better planes that flew during ww2 .Very well equiped that it could fight all americans planes,a very good engine(but unfortunatelly without good manufacturing)and design that it was very well flown at middle and big hights.Ki - 84 with better quality of fuel and more...

hellcat!!!!!!!!P 51 was a great plane but F 6 was better and more stable in middle hights with a better engine and greater design.F-6 and F-8 was to my opinion the best designs of the american industry,the last before the jets.Us navy had earlier jet planes in service so these two great planes...
