When why?

Has anyone ever heard of a program called Snipers Corner. I attached the manual, I don't know how I have that, but not the program itself. If you know of that or another tool that may be of use in any game then please tell me.

I don't know how much and when to open the radiator. I've been adviced to open them to 100 on the runway, or in the air. I was also adviced that I should open to stage 2 while in the air so the engine is vented enough and the rest of the stages will not slow the plane down. I open to 100...

To take off, do I need to close the canopy, lock the tailwheel, set prop, toggle engine, set engine, open radiator, release wheel brakes, turn flaps up, and remove chocks? For landing must I place chocks, open the canopy and close the radiator?
