I'd have to say that the Luftwaffe was the best trained airforce at the onset of WWII, and had it not been for the gross mismanagement it suffered throughout the course of the war, could have realized an entirely different potential.

I'd definitely have to go with the Focke Wulf xD great performance and it's downright sexy!

I'd have to pick Galland, just because he downed 50+ Spitfires, the majority while using a 109. To be fair though, I don't know enough about the other Aces to make a fair assessment, so I'm really choosing my favorite =P
