I have had a similar issue with Rustoleum. Bubbles when applying the second coat/top coat, even though the detailed parameters noted on the can are followed rigorously.
Hi, have a look at “spitfire in my workshop”. David Glenn is building a museum quality mk9 and drawings of the mk9 are also available from a link on his website.
Add the 2 dimensions 22.000 and 12 .750 and compare the dimension. I am guessing 35.214. The total of the dimension will give a good indication as it will only be 0,464 difference. if it were 38,214 it is a 3 inch difference. ptin off the drawing and use dividers to work it out,
