Thanks for the reply. But in this case, it's the wrong Catalina variant. the PBY-2 had rectangular hatches that could be opened to use the waist guns. I can't get to it right now for some reason, but this pic shows what it looks like. http://pby.org/WebPages.nsf/Photos+PBY-2/0454.01
