It is very possible,but not certain that F-ANPO is a Hanriot HD.32. Here are a couple of photos of a HD.32 in military markings for comparitive purposes.

This might be a photo of the Morane Saulnier Type U, though I can't be certain. Bet I wind up correcting myself or being corrected.
