Try Floquil Primer if you can find it. It doesn't eat the resin but it definitely gives it a better base for the next coat of paint.

Hi Guys, I am buiding a South Pacific diorama in 1/72 scale and I have been trying to find drawings or good photos of Air Traffic Control Towers. I have found sites for the Towers in England, but I haven't been able to find much reference material on the Pacific types. Can soneone help me...
