Just bought a couple of the unpainted kits from a well known auction site, arrived today.
Appears to be 6 in series, 1) A6M5 2) Ki-43 3) J2M 4)Ki44 5)Ki-61 and 6) Ki-84. Also note no stands included.

Fiddlers Green have a paper / card Dambuster Lanc, i have no idea of scale and it's for sale by download only meaning you have to print it out. Looks very detailed too.
Just noticed the person building one stated the span at rudders (fins) is 10 inches. I'm sure that'll be helpful to work out...

I believe the ejection seats and other components (possibly even engines?) may have been removed prior to the aircraft destruction. If burning was the planned form of destruction the aircraft seats will have been removed to be disarmed as the pyrotechnics charges would have cooked off in a fire...
