Hi people so I was still working on the model, and it's been given it's matt coat also given a used look with oil leaks, exhaust stains and general dirtiness.. So that should be it :)
Hard to explain Builder, I used a medium sized brush and a bit like sign writing I guess, used a support over the model to rest my hand on, worked slowly keeping the paint free flowing with thinners, holding my breath a lot :) and of corse it took a very long time
So on display up in the spare room
Love me truck, It's die cast and I think it looks the part
No 1/48 Italian ground crew out there so volunteered a few Germans :LOL:
To make my display a little more interesting, found myself a cart that was ideal for the torpedo

I guess these count as a sort of work in progress, but I just wanted to record the build with the painting and the build up of the camo and in the early stages how I was still going with a closed up hump but I'm very pleased I modded and opened it up
Hi people, so an out the box build, with just a little mod to open up the hump, otherwize a stright foreward job......but then came the camo....the model is all brush painted so took a few days to paint needless to say. Yes it's clean as I'm not good at weathering and when I used Humbrol matt...
