jThis part was found yesterday at the crashsite of a P-47 during WW II. The pilot is still MIA and not recovered yet.

Hello Erich,
the wreckage of the Me 262 including its pilot, Uffz Wolfgang Severin was about 6 meters deep in the ground. The remains of the pilot were turned over to the familymembers and he got a funeral on the cemetery of his hometown Bad Blankenburg/Germany.
