Thanks, bottom decals done. Back to the top and sides. I need to paint 2 small touch ups where the outer wing gun plugs meet the wing. It was a horrid fit, almost thought I needed an arbor press to get the 2 plugs to fit. Outside of that the kit went together very well.

I have the leading edge painted yellow, prop and spinner on along with exhausts. Started decals tonight, they lay down nice so far.

Thanks, landing gear and doors on. Next is masking and painting the yellow ID stripes on the wing leading edges then add cannon barrels, antenna and rear view mirror.

I don't work that way. I don't like too much build up of paints and spray cans do build up. I have been building for 60 years and do what I do for my own reasons. Which is why I don't airbrush as I have no use for all that mess and cleaning cups n needles n lil parts. I do what I do and am...

Thanks, I wondered if the green was too dark. I have used Tamiya spray cans and have noticed a change in them. Their U S Insinia white was a very light grey, a blue grey sort of, the new can is a warm grey almost an FS16440. I tried their U S dark green and it was more of a black green, perfect...
