JG50 was in service only a very limited time: established in June 1943, dissolved October 1943 (when it became JG301)

According to this page all versions of the Albatross had the same wing profile: NACA 23017 at wing root up to the wing tip.
That guy is collecting airfoil data - maybe he also can help out with the tail airfoils of horizontal and vertical stabilizer.
NACA 23017: camber position 15%, thickness...
Agreed - both locations of the mentioned losses of SN°2961 and SN°2962 are close by:
SN°2961 - Staraja Russa (N57.9921824 E31.3288195)
SN°2962 - Salutsche (= today Zaluchye N57.66563 E31.7612641)

There seem to exist more shots of the same aircraft at Kassel-Rothwesten. A Me109 G-14 with Erla canopy?

Poor thing! So many restorations do a really brilliant technical job and bring back the aircraft to life - and then they miserably fail with the paint job!
I fully agree. If you take a close look you can see that the pitot tube and ring has a cardanic joint to the boom. By this you can measure the angular difference between aircraft axis and free straight airflow.
Give me a note before the gears jump out. ;) I might be able to dig out my old aerodynamic lectures scripts to give you a hand. Though I have to translate these sections from German.
