I'm afraid I can't think of any dealing specifically with aircraft coolants. Usually you're just going for water with a few percent of ethylene glycol mixed in as anti-freeze. I haven't heard of anything more advanced around today.

I seem to remember that Bill Gunston in "Piston Aircraft Engines" provides a fair overview of engine systems and there is some stuff on coolants in there.
