  • High this is about 8 years too late, lol. But you posted the P-80 had water methanol injection. I hate to break it too you but jet engines would see no benefit from this. There is no explosion the fuel burns doesn't explode like in an internal combustion engine.

    This reply is about 5 years too late because I've not been on here in at least 10 years. But who said water injection was only applicable to internal combustion engines. Water injection does a lot for a turbine too. It cools the turbine allowing allowing more fuel to be injected and burned. It also adds mass to the exhaust, more mass is more thrust. Look it up, they do have benefit.
    Just noticed your avatar. I will be needing to make some decals of that logo for a couple of future scratchbuild. The P-4 is the one that comes to mind first. I did a quick search a while back and didn't come up with a very clean copy. Can you help me locate one?
