The Air War Publications team is very excited to announce that the Nachtjagd Over The Eastern Front book is now available to order from our website for European customers.
The book is 316 pages, and the story is complemented by 242 photographs, including many never-before-published images. There are also 19 illustrations, 12 aircraft profiles by Claes Sundin, and 22 maps. The text is bolstered by the inclusion of numerous first-hand accounts from men involved in the events described.

The book is based on extensive research using German, Soviet and Western Allied primary sources, including the logbooks of more than 50 Luftwaffe airmen. We were very fortunate to make contact with the families of some of the more prominent pilots involved in the story. The three authors - Sven Carlsen, Morten Jessen and Adam Thompson - provide a detailed and fascinating description of the nocturnal air war in the East from 1941 until the final days of the war.
