Also not too many wooden parts for the kite structure. Mostly it was the welded pipe lattice without the rigging.
 
I have never heard of WNW but the kit looks fantastic! Biplanes always scared me off because of the fiddly bits, rigging, getting the wings aligned etc, so I will be watching with interest as to how you approach those issues! Love it so far!

have removed and prepped the rather thin and delicate Cockpit and Engine frames, painted the starboard side and added a couple of bits as well...

Nice details - maybe a case for opening up some of the 'fabric' covering, to view the internals ?
