thanks guys

as i described, i got the wings together and also attached them to the fuselage along with the tail planes.
also a shot showing the clipped wing tips, theses will need filling with putty as they have open ends.

Good work Karl. For the wing tips I would suggest gluing on a strip or two of 1mm plastic card then shape it round with a file. Putty is likely to break off.

Have given this a bit of thought and I dug out some spare Spitfire clipped wingtips and they fit quite well and so will easily adapt to fit nicely !

That's why I chose the Hasegawa kit for my (1:72) entry... Good solid wingtips, that will just need trimming and sanding :)
