A photo taken at McDonnell in St Louis showing 3 prototypes in one shot: XF-88, XF-85 (maybe a mockup rather than a prototype, it's hard to tell since it's mostly obscured on the right) and what I think is one of the first 2 prototypes of XF2D in the background, with the original short fuselage that was lengthened beginning with ship 3. Those were the days, when that many experimental aircraft were being funded at the same time!
