I have seen it. It's interesting but, IMO, the FAA got away too lightly, when they bear a lot of responsability due the lack of supervision

Definitely, the problem is that the FAA does stipulate that Boeing self regulates, which is dodgy, to say the least in light of what has happened. The FAA requires a good look at itself too, but that doesn't take causality away from Boeing.
