So I finally got this one finished up. It went together pretty well for a short run kit, no major fit issues. The cockpit is strange and I don't understand why they made it the way they did, it's not very accurate. Okay then, on with the pics.

Brilliant job, Jayl. Fantastic work and, as others have mentioned, nice to see some more unusual markings.

I really wish Special Hobby would scale up this kit to 1/48 - this one looks much more like a Vengeance than the current crop of 1/48 kits from AZ Model.

I agree, the offerings from AZ are not even worth building in my opinion. I wish someone would do a pe set and maybe a correct resin cockpit for the Special Hobby kit, it'd be nice to have pe dive brakes. I know Airwaves makes one for the Frog kit but I don't know how well it would work with this kit.
 
I agree it is a great looking model. Back during the war the A-35s were built at the Vultee plant in Nashville, TN about 8 miles from where I lived.
