My new avatar is tribute to Mom's brother, Art, who was !st officer Ferry Command out of Dorval, PQ. 1942 - 45.
Art flew with a 16 mm Kodak and I have become his carrier - 5 spools, and there are 3 short 'files' that the members will find 'authentic'.
Early war he tranferred Cansos, Mitchells, Hudsons before setting in as 1st Officer Comms Sqd ... flying south to Natal Brazil > W Africa >
ME and Iran. They flew stripped Libs ...
Thus will be 1 of 3 .... across the hemisphere
