I assume we all think "America's Hundred Thousand" is the best book ever written. Are there similar books for bombers, British/German planes, Vietnam war, etc?

I recommend "Warplanes of the Third Reich" by Green as pretty good.

The Amazon recommendation engine for both titles is not great.

Shavrov's bible about Soviet aircraft is a must-read for anyone interested about Soviet aircraft. 1st tome covers 1917-37, the 2nd covers 1938 to the early jet age. Since most of people don't understand Russian, it is of great value to have a lot of the tables from that book translated, even if it is in Spanish: link (can be translated).
English-language to-go books about Soviet aircraft are the 2 volumes of the "Soviet Combat Aircraft of the Second World War" series by Gordon and Khazanov. The 1st tome is about fighters.
Japanse aircraft are covered by Francillion, in his book "Japanese aircraft of the Pacific war".
US bombers (along with fighters) are well covered in the "American Combat Planes" book by Ray Wagner.
For German fighters, I strongly recomend getting separate books on Bf 109, Fw 190, and whatever is your favorite 'reactive' fighter.
British A/C - the same. Spitfire is covered by the book by Morgan & Shacklady, Hurricane and Mosquito by Mason IIRC.

Most of these books do not contain much of the graphs and tables that we can found at the AHT, but are must-reads never the less.

Flying to the Limit (available on Kindle), is similar, albeit not as detailed, for RAF/FAA fighters, as America's Hundred Thousand. Wings at Sea (Brown) and The Secret Years (Mason) also draw upon and report actual test data.
