Hi,

Take a look at this footage taken the other day by local aviation photographer Gavin Conroy. This is Bill and Robyn Reid's Anson Mk.I that's been undergoing restoration for some time here in New Zealand. A first flight is imminent. This is filmed is on Bill's property; it's not big enough to fly the aircraft from. It'll be shifted by road when the time comes. The Hudson in the back ground is RNZAF NZ2049 and is historic as it was one of the first RNZAF aircraft that went into action in the Pacific during WW2.

Just fantastic..!!!!!

By chance a special Hobby Annie arrived this week in the LHS - got my 'aircraft in Foreign Service' GB entry sorted!

Thanks for posting! :D

I'm looking forward to its first flight. I'll post some images of the Anson I've taken on visits I've made so far. Its first flight is taking place at my local airport, so hopefully I'll get to see it.

:)
