Judging by the shape of the prop it could be from an airboat and smells a quite modern production rather. Are there any other numbers stamped on the prop side of the prop centre? Also a pic of a better quality of the serial number around the prop centre would be useful. It seems that a manufacturer could be the Sensenich .
The propeller has the shape of a Sensenich Wood Propeller airboat propeller. If the serial number is A?7300 then it has a born on date after 1980, where the question mark is any letter from "A" to "M". Here is the Sensenich document with the born on dates for the wooden layup before manufacture of the airfoil section of the propeller.
