I just joined this forum, but I've perused it once and a while, and it seems to be frequented by some pretty knowledgeable folk. How many of you are aviation authors? Sound off...

Hi there are a few. Dana Bell Andrew Arty the guys of the P-51 bible wich i am very very ashamed i cant reproduce their names without going to my library. John Vasco is another.
I do know that others come and visit but i dont have their names present now.

Ohh and although as far as i know he doesnt write books but is the guy to ask the difficult impossible ( this is a faint faint picture of a tiny tiny detail of this or that airplane, tank, ship, we have member and admin Wurger.

I do my bit to do an eBay trawl everyday and post what i think could be interesting.

And if there is a question about models? O boy you are in for a treat.

We also have :
pilots fighter and commercial.
Groundcrew ( some do post manuals wich one could say; yes i have that please.)
We forgive the one who maintained a big army chopper.
Picture takers , flying on ww2 bombers, former para's with a knack for pictures that is level professionel.
My train ride is done and i am not nearly done.

Just look around. There is a reason why this board is around for a long, long time.
