Aurora/SMER Nieuport 11 Bebe

Hi all,

I'm looking to see if anybody has "fixed" the strut problem with the Aurora Nieuport 11, which has the V-strut attaching into the aileron of the upper wing. If so, is it a simple matter of moving the mounting holes forward, or will I have to change the angle/length of the strut too?

I realize that there are better, more recent kits out there, but I'm into nostalgia modeling and want to see what I can do with kits from my childhood/adolescence.
