Very cool, Aozora. My favourite Oz rock band has to be Cold Chisel. Their third studio album East released in 1980 stands the test of time.

I'm still a Split Enz/ Crowded House nut, but heaps of other great bands too: Midnight Oil, Icehouse, Dave Dobbyn (and associated bands), etc... a few classic one off hits too like 'Room that echoes' (Peking Man) and 'Counting the Beat' (The swingers) aswell. (yes, both produced more songs, but those were their big hits)

Some fantastic bands listed there fellas. Cold Chisel have so many great songs, not to mention the solo works of both Jimmy Barnes and Ian Moss ("Tucker's daughter" ). "Electric blue" by Icehouse is one of my all time favourite songs

John Farnham...

Aaaargh! The Mulleted One and subject of ridicule and derision ever since! One of my favourite Aussie bands is Hunters and collectors; went and saw them in concert a few times, very energetic and excellent live.
