Austro-Hungarian Balloon Aviation Soldier

I have a photograph of a soldier with the rare Austro-Hungarian Balloon Aviation collar tabs. These are the first military aviation insignia of any kind. He also has a pair of cap badges, and I was wondering if anybody could identify them, by chance.
