I dunno about the bottom signature, but the top one looks like "Zura" Zurakowski, the test pilot's signature.

My goodness! I post this last night and go to bed thinking it was a long shot only to wake up and you guys have already solved it! wow that was quick. Thank you very much. I figured maybe these were just guys who had helped build the plane on the assembly line or maybe random Canadian pilots that had flown the arrow. I have been doing some reading this morning on these two men and their roll in this plane, very interesting. Again, I greatly appreciate you guys work to solve this -Thanks again! Matthew
